Most of our items are available for immediate shipment usually within 24 hours. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. You can cancel your order before it is packaged. Some items, such as extremely rare games, may not be readily available. Please add yourself to the waiting list for any of these items and we will notify you as soon as we have it back in stock.
We sell both new and used items. Our games are cartridge or disk only unless specifically stated within the product description. Condition on used games may vary, although most are in very good condition. Systems are thoroughly cleaned and tested, and the condition will be stated on the item page. Some item may have cosmetic flaws, but they are listed as such and are discounted appropriately. We won’t sell anything in poor, bad, or non-working condition.

For domestic customers (including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses) budget shipping on orders over $35 is free. For orders under $35, expedited shipping, and all International orders shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Shipping prices are based upon distance and weight and are calculated through USPS, UPS, or FedEx whichever is fastest and/or economical. We do all we can to reduce shipping price and DO NOT profit on shipping. On many products we actually charge less than our actual shipping cost.
Over 99.9% of orders ship same business day the order is received. Budget or free domestic packages generally arrive in 2-3 business days from time of shipment. Expedited shipping averages 1-2 business days. Business days do not include Sundays or holidays, in those cases we will ship 1st thing next business day. No matter what shipping method you choose delivery is guaranteed, and if your package is lost or damaged we will send you a replacement at no charge. Please see the international section for international delivery times.
We provide tracking on all packages we ship. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order is packaged. If we pack your order on Sunday or Holiday it will not be picked up by the carrier until next business day, therefore your tracking information may not display online until then. Your tracking info and order status will be available through the website by creating an account.
DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes, we will ship worldwide to most countries. In fact 30% of our orders are international! We provide support in both English and Español.
WILL THIS GAME OR SYSTEM WORK IN MY COUNTRY?
All console video games that we sell are in NTSC format and depending on what kind of system you have will determine whether or not our games will work. If your system is from North America the game will work fine. If your system is from any other country it may or may not work depending on the format. If you are unsure please check with us before purchasing.
All Nintendo Switch, 3DS, Game Boy, DS, PS3, PSP, and Vita games are region free and can be played on systems from any country. Some Xbox 360 and Sega Genesis games are also region free.
The systems we sell will work in any country with the appropriate power converter. Most newer HD TVs accept both NTSC and PAL signal and do not require a transformer.
Shipping costs are calculated at the checkout process, or you can preview them from your shopping cart. Shipping prices are calculated through the USPS, Fedex or UPS and are based upon speed, location, and weight.
International shipping times can vary widely. At check out you have different choices depending on your country and the size of your order. Budget and First Class orders to Canada average 8 to 14 business days, and Priority averages 5 to 7 business days. For all other countries Priority averages 6 to 10 business days. Budget and First Class shipping varies but usually arrives in 10-21 business days. Please note about 5% of international orders take longer than normal, up to 4 or 6 weeks to arrive. This is often due to a hold-up in customs or mis-routing in the country. Although we cannot guarantee delivery time we do guarantee that your item will arrive. If it has been long enough for the USPS to classify it as lost we will ship a replacement or refund.
CUSTOMS, FEES, AND TAXES
aGamerCo is not responsible for any levies, duties, import fees, taxes, or other charges. We suggest you check with your local government agency to determine the extent of such charges prior to purchase. Credit will not be given for packages not delivered due to non-payment of fees. We collect California sales tax only.
MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED
Don't worry, less than 1 in 10,000 of our shipments fail to arrive at their destination – however the USPS does sometimes misroute them or in the case of international shipments they can be held up in customs. In the unlikely event that your order is lost we will of course replace or refund your item. If you are in the US and your tracking information hasn't updated in a couple of days, or if you are international and it’s been over 4 weeks please email us at email@example.com with the details of your order and we will do our best to make things right.
MY GAME IS NOT WORKING
If you are using a clone system (such as FC Twin, Yobo, Retron, Supaboy, etc) some games will not be compatible, please refer to the systems manufacture clone compatibility sites to see if the game is incompatible. If it is compatible or you are using an original cartridge system please try cleaning the contacts. Even a tiny amount of dirt or dust can cause issues. It's best to use a Qtip and rubbing alcohol, clean it until there is no more dirt, place it in the system, take it out and clean it one more time. Let it dry for a couple of minutes and then try again. 90% of the time that will fix the problem.
If you are having problems with a disk based (CD, DVD, or Blu-Ray) game gentley wipe the game with a damp, soft (lint free if possible) cloth. Be sure to wipe starting from the inside of the disk gently wiping towards the outside. This will clean off any dirt, fingerprints, etc that may be causing issues.
In addition you can also try these console specific suggestions:
If your system has a new 72 pin connector it may help to push the game in, but not down. This helps games with thicker boards get a better connection until the pins loosen up.
· Try pushing the game half way into the system instead of pushing all the way in. This can sometimes help the system read the game more easily.
· Try adjusting the game or pulling it out slightly.

MY SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING
